Unfortunate Events from Hell

Sorry we’ve been slacking.  I (miwah) was in New York visiting Cat which was totally rad.  Unfortunately her apartment got robbed last week, meaning our laptops and money got stolen including her roomate Gina’s. Pretty fucked up, I know.  So that is why we haven’t been keeping up with this for a while.  In other news, NYC was fucking great, as always.  I got to check out the Volcom store which was alright, The Cast (bought a t-shirt), Oak NYC and a lot of other rad boutiques.  The Cast by far was my favorite.  I’ll upload some photos later.  Now I’m back on the Westcoast, back to shit.  We have a lot to catch up on.  In the meantime, check out OGOD (Over-Gain Optimal Death)’s video.

BOREDOM

LoveLikeFire (yes, one word), came out with a new video for their song “Boredom” and it is rad.  Ann is looking beautiful as always, and the boys are looking dandy. Dave always wears that scarf… haha. I can’t wait to visit them again.  I think this is the video they shot while they were on tour in the UK and I remember Ann telling me the director ended up being this 18 year old boy who was creatively amazing.  So check it out.

Mr. Wang, Do Your Thang.

Resort 2010 is out for women.  Everything is looking alright; whites, colors, springy shit.  Alexander Wang’s collection is always good and has a been catching my eye, still. Every season he impresses and amazes.  Tres Bien!
P.S. that white, cut out, holey sweater is fantastic.

Tag-Team

The dynamic, infamous, hot duo Cole and Luke are in the recent Italian Vogue (meaning I must go purchase it).  They were together in Arena Homme+ and many other magazines, plus runway shows.  It’s like they’re attached to the hip.  They’re like me and Cat, except one of us isn’t dating miss piggy… (Kelly Osbourne) Anyway, here are the shots from the shoot thanks to Request Models (which has THE raddest male models ever).

So basically he’s a badass and there are many who attempt to steal his spotlight by replicating his style, but they don’t stand a chance at all.  They don’t got swagger like him.  Though I’m not sure how I feel about him being bff’s with Corey Kennedy… ::gag::  She always looks like someone kicked her ass while she’s on crack and then some..  And she looks like she dropped out of school at the age of 10, meaning her intellegence level wouldn’t be very high..  Anyway, I will always be team Cole, maybe Luke too…  And yeah, I have a slight obsession with Cole, but who wouldn’t.  look at him.
